We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities For Daily Equipment and Inventory Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of equipment inventory, from purchase and sale to data entry, using a software system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Apply all expenses incurred for each piece of equipment into the software system
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for SunDance Equipment, LLC
- Oversee all logistics for equipment auctions ensuring a smooth and efficient process for the consignor that is held at the Eatonton Auction Yard
- Coordinating equipment check-in and consignment for auctions, ensure all assets were correctly documented and assigned to right consignor
- Picture equipment and post description to website for daily sales
- Help manage website
- P & L Reports
- Responsibilities For Daily Office:
- Greet customers, clients when they enter office
- Answer the phone
- Handle payroll processing
- Managing all employee sick & vacation time
- Process all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for all office and personal bills
- Managed all financial aspects related to company vehicles
- Maintained financial records
- Order office supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
We sale heavy equipment and trucks on a daily and have auctions every 4 months here on our Eatonton auction yard. During auction time it is very busy but everyone here are team players and help wherever needed.
