Job Summary We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Office Clerk to support daily office operations while assisting with customer engagement and sales-related activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying organized, communicating with customers, and contributing to a professional, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. * Identify customer needs and direct them toward appropriate solutions. * Support customer engagement and promotional activities. * Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions. * Maintain accurate customer and office records. * Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. * Prepare promotional materials and resources for team members. * Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. * Collaborate with team members to support customer engagement and sales goals. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Professional and customer-focused attitude. * Strong attention to detail. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office administration is a plus but not required.
