About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant PTA, you will work closely with our physical therapy team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for our patients. You will provide support with exercises, stretches, and other physical therapy interventions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their independence and achieve a better quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physical therapy team

• Conduct exercises, stretches, and other physical therapy interventions as directed by the physical therapist

• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care that respects the patient's unique needs and preferences
