Job Title:  On-Site Representative - Bilingual in English and Spanish

Location: Savannah 31408
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Availability: Must be open to work on-call, including after-hours during the week and weekends as needed

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive On-Site Representative  to represent our staffing agency at one of our clients’ warehouse locations. This individual will serve as the main point of contact between our agency, the client, and our team of lumpers. The On-Site Rep will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting our team, and ensuring accurate reporting for payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between the staffing agency, warehouse client, and assigned workers (lumpers)

• Organize and coordinate daily shift schedules and assignments for lumpers

• Monitor attendance, breaks, and overall performance of the team

• Provide on-site support and guidance to workers during their shift

• Communicate promptly with the agency and client about shift needs, updates, or issues

• Update and maintain accurate work records in the agency’s system to ensure correct and timely payroll processing

• Assist with the onboarding of new workers at the site when required

• Handle urgent or unexpected staffing matters, including being available after-hours and on weekends if needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in staffing, logistics, or warehouse environments preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities professionally

• Comfortable using digital systems for time tracking and data entry

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Required
