Ecommerce Manager - DTC Consumer Products - Base Salary to 140k/year - LaGrange, GA

• AllSearch Recruiting is partnering with a growing manufacturer in the Lagrange, GA area to identify an Ecommerce Manager to own and drive performance across direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital channels. This role is responsible for managing ecommerce platforms, digital acquisition channels, and online merchandising to drive revenue growth and conversion performance. This is an onsite position in LaGrange, GA .

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize company-owned ecommerce website (Shopify or similar platform), including product updates, merchandising, and site performance
• Oversee digital storefronts across third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair)
• Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
  • SEO and SEM
  • Paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Email/CRM marketing platforms
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to drive data-based decisions
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and website updates in partnership with internal design and product teams
• Manage external vendors or agencies supporting paid media, SEO, or email marketing efforts
• Maintain and execute a digital content calendar aligned with product launches and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with direct ecommerce/DTC experience
• Hands-on experience managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar
• Experience managing or optimizing third-party ecommerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair)
• Proficiency with:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads (SEM/PPC)
  • Meta/Facebook Ads Manager
  • SEO best practices
  • Email/CRM marketing platforms
• Experience executing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns
• Must be able to work onsite in LaGrange, GA

• Base salary in the 120k - 140k/year range
