What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Build long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual training and coaching

• Strengthen communication, leadership, and customer service skills

• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
