Remote Booking & Scheduling Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Booking & Scheduling Coordinator to oversee reservations, manage timelines, and ensure every client detail is handled with precision. In this fully remote position, you will play an essential role in keeping bookings accurate, schedules aligned, and communication flowing smoothly from initial request through final confirmation.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and booking modifications
- Manage scheduling details and maintain organized digital records
- Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide updates
- Review booking data carefully to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Track changes, deadlines, and follow-ups to prevent errors or delays
- Deliver professional, responsive client support throughout the process
