Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, ensuring they meet safety regulations and function effectively to protect lives and property. Key Responsibilities
- Install new fire alarm systems in commercial and residential buildings.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of existing fire alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty fire alarm equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local fire codes and regulations during installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their fire alarm systems.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems and related technologies.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to clients.
- Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
