Assistant General Manager - High Volume Restaurant

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant General Manager at our high-volume restaurant in Warner Robins. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to grow in the vibrant restaurant industry.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our bustling restaurant. You will support the General Manager in maintaining service excellence, managing staff, and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive working environment
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales
- Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Assist in scheduling staff while maintaining labor cost targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Passion for the restaurant industry and eagerness to learn
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
