Warehouse Systems Coordinator

Are you an SAP and Oracle WMS expert looking for a high-impact role with a fast track to permanent employment? We are seeking a high-energy WMS Specialist to serve as the operational nerve center of our facility. This is a temp-to-hire position designed for a quick conversion based on performance. You will be the go-to subject matter expert for Oracle WMS and SAP/EWM, responsible for directing daily workflow, troubleshooting system exceptions, and ensuring our shipping deadlines are met through precise FedEx load scheduling.

Core Responsibilities

• System Orchestration: Oversee all waving, printing, and task generation required for the daily operational cycle using Oracle WMS and SAP/EWM.

• Logistics Coordination: Directly manage and schedule outbound loads with FedEx to ensure timely departures.

• Real-Time Problem Solving: Monitor system queues and make independent decisions to adjust workload across picking, shipping, and receiving.

• Technical Analysis: Identify workflow exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, and develop system-based solutions for inventory and task performance.

• Performance Reporting: Develop and analyze KPI data to support leadership and track operational trends.

• Training & Leadership: Document departmental procedures and train staff on system processes and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Education: 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Technical Skills: Mastery of Oracle WMS and SAP/EWM is essential; proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis is required.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in WMS or SAP/EWM functions.

Responsibilities
