Delbar (Nooshe Jan Group) is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate our pastry program across our concepts. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about craft, disciplined in execution, and excited to contribute to a growing hospitality group known for quality and refinement.

Position Overview
The Executive Pastry Chef will oversee all pastry production, menu development, and daily operations of our pastry lab. This individual will work closely with ownership and culinary leadership to develop innovative dessert offerings while maintaining consistency, cost control, and high production standards.

This is a full-time salaried position, averaging approximately 55 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily pastry production
• Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 2–3 pastry team members
• Develop new dessert menu items seasonally and assist with creative direction across concepts
• Maintain consistency in presentation, flavor profiles, and quality standards
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, and food cost management
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with executive chefs and leadership on special events and menu rollouts

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef in a high-volume or refined dining environment
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to design desserts that align with brand identity
• Organized, disciplined, and production-oriented
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, and operational systems
• Ability to work approximately 55 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
