Concessions Associate, Edible Brands

Brand: Edible Arrangements & Roti Modern Mediterranean at Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Schedule: Days, nights & weekend flexibility needed for Stadium Events

Position Purpose:
As a Concessions Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a great guest experience at our brand-new Edible Arrangements and Roti Modern Mediterranean stands inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting both cold and hot food concepts—helping prep, sell, and serve delicious, high-quality products to fans.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with a team, and thrives in high-energy game day settings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items for both Edible (cold) and Roti (hot) offerings.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with opening, stocking, and setup before events.
• Assist with receiving and stocking food deliveries, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
• Label, date, and rotate inventory using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) method to ensure freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, carts, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and stadium policies and procedures.
• Support smooth closing operations, including breakdowns, cleaning, and inventory counts.
• Flex between Edible and Roti stands as needed, based on event flow.

Parking: Please note that parking is not provided for this position at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. We recommend using MARTA, ride-share, or other personal transportation options to get to and from your shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in high volume food service, customer service, or as a cashier is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability required for nights, weekends, and stadium event shifts.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, including concession or stadium settings.
• Comfortable supporting both Edible & Roti brands and rotating between food prep, customer interaction, and cashier duties.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction through high-quality customer service.
• Dependable and punctual, with a track record of accountability in hourly or part-time roles.
• Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to game day operations and live event environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
