We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Junior Sales Associate to join our AT&T Department. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to explore and purchase AT&T’s wide range of products and services. You’ll play a key role in helping customers choose the best solutions to meet their needs while exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored AT&T solutions (including mobile plans, devices, accessories, etc.)
- Drive sales by promoting and upselling AT&T products and services.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on AT&T products, services, promotions, and deals.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AT&T’s offerings and any ongoing promotions.
- Assist customers with technical issues or concerns and direct them to appropriate support when necessary.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service through in-person, follow up over-the-phone, and digital communication channels if needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and wireless technologies (preferred but not required).
