Seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support research, analytical testing, quality control, and laboratory operations in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The role involves performing analytical chemistry , wet chemistry , HPLC , GC , GC-MS , HPLC-MS , spectroscopy , sensory testing , sample preparation , and instrument calibration while ensuring compliance with GLP , GMP , QMS , and safety standards. Candidates will analyze laboratory data, prepare technical reports, maintain laboratory equipment, and collaborate with research, QA, manufacturing, and R&D teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing , quality control , wet chemistry , HPLC , GC , GC-MS , HPLC-MS , spectroscopy , pH , Brix , sensory evaluation, and specialized laboratory testing.
• Prepare samples, standards, calibration solutions, and validate analytical methods.
• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Analyze data, perform statistical calculations, document results using LIMS/QMS , and prepare technical reports.
• Support research activities, literature reviews, ingredient/specification approvals, inventory, procurement, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GLP , GMP , SOPs, quality systems, and laboratory safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Food Engineering , or related field.
• 0–5+ years of laboratory, research, or quality control experience.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC , GC , GC-MS , HPLC-MS , wet chemistry , instrument calibration , sample preparation , LIMS , QMS , Power BI , Microsoft Office , and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry , laboratory documentation, statistical analysis, troubleshooting, and scientific methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
