Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Real Estate Manager, provides clerical support for real estate transactions, capital real estate projects, landlord/tenant and vendor relationships, process documentation, file maintenance, real estate portfolio database reports and invoice processing.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Creates files, maintains appropriate documentation and record retention for all real estate transactions, owned properties, leased properties and capital project expenditures
  • Assists with property acquisition activities such as establishing utilities, coordinating with Accounts Payable to set up vendors, registering the business for business licenses where applicable, etc…
  • Tracks and submits approved Real Estate invoices for processing and payment
  • Coordinates with external lease administrative team (broker) to prepare monthly rent roll
  • Analyzes and organizes data from the real estate department in a presentable format
  • Creates and supplies routine and special requests reports from Real Estate portfolio data base
  • Performs other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business or a related field.
  • Prior experience in leases and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate: $18.14 - $20.81 per hour, based on experience
