Compensation: $18 - $23/hour

Schedule:

• Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Tuesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Dental Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Brookhaven Dental Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, handling scheduling, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth front office operation. Your exceptional communication skills will help us provide top-notch service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and handle check-in/out procedures with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage the appointment schedule and ensure optimal patient flow.
• Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Verify insurance coverage and gather necessary patient information.
• Assist in managing patient records and documentation following HIPAA guidelines.
• Coordinate with dental staff to improve office efficiency and patient experience.
• Handle financial transactions and assist patients with billing questions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and office software is preferred.
• A friendly, patient-centered attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
