Regional Sales Director – East Coast
Location: Dalton, GA (East Coast territory)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary ~$96,000 + performance-based commission
Job Overview
We are partnering with a global furnishing manufacturer expanding its U.S. East Coast presence. The Regional Sales Director – East Coast will lead regional sales strategy, grow distributor and channel partnerships, and drive revenue across the Eastern U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute East Coast sales strategy and regional growth initiatives
Drive revenue through distributors, dealers, contractors, and project-based customers
Develop, onboard, and manage channel and distributor partners
Expand market presence through showroom placements, product sampling, and local initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Manage regional sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and internal teams to support order fulfillment
Build and lead a regional sales team as the business scales
Provide market insights on customer needs and competitive trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
8+ years of sales experience, including sales leadership or regional sales responsibility
Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or project-based sales models
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. East Coast
