Manager of Data Analytics | Major AmLaw Firm | 100% Remote ?

A nationally recognized law firm is expanding its analytics function and seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to support its Labor & Employment practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and producing clear, accurate, and well-structured data reports. In partnership with the Director of Analytics, you will help lead an established team of analysts and contribute to a collaborative, positive environment known for being supportive, team-oriented, and highly engaged.

Required Qualifications

• Data analytics experience in wage & hour or labor & employment work law.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
• Demonstrated leadership—either prior management experience or strong natural leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ease working directly with attorneys and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and manage data sets related to labor and employment matters, with emphasis on wage & hour.
• Produce accurate, timely data reports that support attorney workflows.
• Enhance analytics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and build meaningful solutions.
• Contribute ideas that help evolve the team’s data operations—and thrive in a professional, enjoyable work culture.
