The Opportunity
As a Sustainability - Capital Projects & Infrastructure Senior Associate Intern, you will engage in projects that focus on sustainability and infrastructure, gaining exposure to PwC's practices while contributing to the success of our client support initiatives. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, performing basic tasks, and conducting research to enhance your understanding of professional work environments. This role emphasizes learning and gaining exposure to PwC methodologies, allowing you to develop your personal brand and professional skills. In this role at PwC, you will have the opportunity to apply your communication skills to effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences. You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. This experience will provide you with a foundation to build commercial awareness and understand how the business operates, setting the stage for future opportunities within the firm. Responsibilities - Supporting teams in the execution of capital projects and infrastructure initiatives- Participating in project management activities, including project controls and governance
- Conducting operational analysis to enhance project performance and delivery
- Assisting in the preparation of project performance reports and budgetary management
- Engaging in business process improvement and consulting to optimize operational effectiveness
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to inform project decisions
- Applying analytical thinking to assess business performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement project management frameworks
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to industry practices
- Contributing to the development of service delivery models and operational strategies What You Must Have - Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws.
