- Maintain strong relationships with tenants using a hospitality touch
- Supervise all property staff
- Overseeing the business plan for the property to maximize rental rates, occupancy and NOI
- Property level budget tracking
- Assist all outside vendors with property issues
- Coordinate all work orders with internal staff, tenants and outside vendors
- Enjoy serving others with a hospitality mindset
- Have a meticulous attention to detail with a process driven work flow
- Be intellectually curious and drawn to challenges
- Have a strong work ethic and act with a sense of urgency
- Be self aware with the ability to own mistakes, learn and grow
- Be able to think creatively and outside the box
- 1 to 5+ years of real estate or hospitality experience
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Hospitality mindset with a great bedside manner
