Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components

• Complete jobs according to code and safety regulations (NEC & local codes)

• Educate homeowners on recommended safety upgrades, repairs, and options

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles

• Accurately complete job-related paperwork and communicate clearly with dispatch and team leads

• Work closely with apprentices, offering guidance and support when needed

• Represent Bardi with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude

• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE correctly at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience

• Strong knowledge of NEC and Georgia residential code

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
