**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a retail distribution location.
+ Monitor access to the facility, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate to the site and situation.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address inquiries and/or concerns.
+ Report and document any suspicious activities or security-related incidents observed at the front desk area.
+ Support Allied Universal management in upholding client policies and procedures specific to the retail distribution environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
