Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support a high-performing transplant program. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, education, and clinical coordination under the guidance of the transplant team. The RN will play a key role in ensuring safe, patient-centered care while supporting triage, clinic operations, and administrative responsibilities during a temporary coverage period.

Key Responsibilities

Triage & Patient Support:

• Manage incoming patient calls, assess clinical needs, and prioritize care appropriately
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physicians to ensure timely and effective patient management
• Identify urgent or emergent concerns and escalate promptly

Clinical Coordination & Care Delivery:

• Support transplant patients through pre- and post-transplant care processes
• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Assist with clinic flow, documentation, and coordination of services

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Support scheduling, follow-ups, and interdisciplinary communication

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in transplant, critical care, or specialty nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccination in compliance with facility guidelines
