The right candidate will be able to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. - In collaboration with the leadership staff, assists in the developing and evaluating the school's compliance project and program goals and objectives.

- Overall responsibilities for supporting the executive director, and leadership in managing, and overseeing all aspects of the center to include HR, onboarding of staff, health and safety, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care.
- Maintain strong relationships with our families, faculty, and vendors
- Cultivate and maintain a safe and enjoyable culture while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the center, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, teacher, food service, etc.
Degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Marketing, Business or related field (Bachelor required). Dedicated to on-going professional development.
Experience working in a child care settings.
Bachelor's Degree in Education.
AMI or AMS trained and certified (preferred for this position - non-Montessori certified candidates will be considered and enroll in a training program upon hire) .
Five or more years of Montessori classroom experience.
Leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and oral).
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Bright From the Start regulations, Quality Rated system and Environmental Rating Scales Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Consistently standing for 2 hours or more delivering training.
Sitting at the computer for 3 hours or more at a time.
Bending, frequent use of hands, stooping and moderate lifting (at least 25 pounds) required.
Noise level in the work environment may be high at times. Valid driver's license and personal transportation required.
Available to work occasional nights and weekends.
Team player.
Self-directed with the ability to work independently. Background Check Requirements
