Road Service Manager – Lead Our Mobile Repair Operations
Myles Truck Repair – Road Service Division
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Road Service Manager to oversee our entire mobile repair division. This role will be responsible for supervising 6 service trucks and their technicians , ensuring efficient scheduling, strong workflow management, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Road Service Division.
• Manage and support a team of road service technicians.
• Coordinate schedules, dispatch service trucks, and assign jobs.
• Ensure timely response and completion of customer repairs.
• Maintain accountability for equipment, tools, and truck readiness.
• Monitor productivity, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with workflow planning to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Prior management or supervisory experience (automotive, diesel, or service industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service.
• Technical knowledge of diesel or truck repair a plus.
