Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven, client‐focused Business Development Manager to grow market share and revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our brand. This role blends prospecting, sales, and strategic planning to drive growth for Sparkle Squad NW Gwinnett.

Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition

• Partner with owner to develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand into emerging markets
• Prospect and generate leads through local outreach, digital channels, and cold calling
• Qualify leads, schedule sales appointments, and conduct in‐person or virtual consultations

Client & Relationship Management

• Ensure all communications (verbal, written, and text) are documented accurately

Quoting

• Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert leads into closed sales

Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Identify high‐value opportunities and provide strategic insights to leadership
• Track and report KPIs, lead results, and pipeline activity

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, etc.
• Detail‐oriented with excellent time‐management, organization, and problem‐solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence decision‐makers
• Comfortable interacting with clients at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
