Compensation:$17.50 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service
- Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
- Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
- Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
- Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
- Food handling license
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
- Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
