What You'll Actually Do

You will build strong partnerships with contractors, builders, agricultural operators, and commercial customers, conduct on-site visits, deliver equipment demonstrations, prepare competitive sales proposals, and close deals while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate brings strong product knowledge, market awareness, CRM and pipeline management experience, and a customer-focused approach that supports long-term growth, repeat business, and cross-functional collaboration with service and parts teams to ensure total customer satisfaction.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

• Experience in construction/agricultural equipment sales (3 years preferred)
• Background in heavy equipment industry
• Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
• Steel-toe boots
• A valid driver's license & the ability to travel to job sites
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• This is a field-based role. Candidates will alternate between driving, meeting customers, walking job sites, and occasional desk work. Extended standing is not typically required.
