Influencers Church has a rich 100 year history, and is serious about Jesus' command to make disciples! If you are driven, relational, and passionate about building a thriving kids ministry with some incredible volunteers and staff, this position could be a great fit for you.
We are praying for someone who:
- Is passionate about their own relationship with Jesus;
- Works well with our staff dynamic;
- Understands how to minister to both kids and their families;
- Will develop and multiply leaders - both adult and student volunteers to serve kids;
- Is an excellent communicator;
- Is currently being used by God to minister to families;
You will connect well with our community and staff if you:
- Are growing in your faith;
- Have a relational heart;
- Are a developer of people and processes;
- Seek creative ways to reach those who are not yet Christians.
