Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and timely
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and AP accruals
• Maintain vendor records and support 1099 preparation
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounting teams to ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on AP experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
