Pay: $22-28/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Overview:

MEMCO is hiring an experienced Scaffold Foreman to lead erection and dismantling crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role oversees daily operations, ensures OSHA compliance, coordinates materials, and maintains productivity while mentoring Lead Carpenters and crew members. This is a hands-on leadership role; Foremen must be willing to work with tools as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffold erection and dismantling crews
• Direct Lead Carpenters running small crews
• Plan and design scaffold systems to meet job specifications
• Coordinate and order materials to maintain workflow
• Ensure scaffolds are built within load requirements and OSHA standards
• Complete required documentation (tickets, time sheets, JSAs, inspections, safety plans)
• Mentor and develop Lead Carpenters
• Maintain jobsite safety and productivity

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years as a Scaffold Lead Carpenter or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of OSHA scaffold regulations
• Ability to work at heights
• Trade school training, preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 40+ lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, climbing, crouching, and reaching
• Work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable working at considerable heights
