KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards.
• Maintain and adjust machines to optimize performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The hourly salary range for this position is $26.54- $33.17 . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience as a machinist with a solid understanding of machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
• Strong skills in operating machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders with precision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and the use of measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

WE VALUE

• Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CNC machinery and programming is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
