Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking to welcome an Engineering Manager to joint the team!
With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, Signia by Hilton Atlanta holds a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! Our 5+ team members report to the Director of Property Operations.
The ideal candidate holds 2+ years experience as an Engineering supervisor. Ability to work required shifts.
Shift Pattern : Full availability AM/PM (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed).

What will I be doing?
As an Engineering Manager, you would be responsible for managing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical building/s, mechanical equipment, electrical system/s, heating and cooling systems and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:
- Assign work, supervise staff and verify and document the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system.
- Direct outside contractors, communicates with city officials and inspects quality of work by staff.
- Respond and coordinate responses to guest calls and emergency situations.
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
