This isn't just a desk job—you are the essential link between local architects, contractors, and the high-quality physical plans they use to build our city.

What you’ll do:

• Be the Face of ACRA: Manage the front counter with energy and professionalism, handling everything from phone inquiries to project consultations.

• Master the Blueprint: Take charge of our wide-format department, ensuring architectural drawings are scaled to perfection and bound for the job site.

• Digital Workflow: Manage print queues, verify file resolutions, and ensure every job—from business cards to fleet graphics—is set up for success.

• Precision & Quality: Perform final quality checks to ensure our "Villa Rica Proud" standards are met on every order.

What we’re looking for: We need someone with a "can-do" attitude, a sharp eye for detail (if you can spot a typo from across the room, we want you!), and the physical ability to handle our large-format paper rolls. If you are tech-savvy, great with people, and want to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled, and friendly environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

This role requires a blend of exceptional customer service, sharp attention to detail, and technical proficiency in digital file management and large-format printing. You are responsible for transforming digital blueprints into precision physical documents that drive local construction projects.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 20lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
