Senior PM - MEP Focus - Atlanta Location: Atlanta, United States Start Date: 19 March 2026 Pay Rate: $70/hour Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP projects and will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of various construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of MEP projects from conception to completion Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations Provide leadership and guidance to project teams Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MEP systems Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in project management software PMP certification is a plus
