- The Marketing Automation Technical Producer is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across Braze automation.
- This role bridges strategy and execution, focusing on the technical production of automated campaigns, workflows, dynamic content, data integrations, and segmentation.
- The ideal candidate combines technical acumen, marketing knowledge, and an eye for operational excellence.
- CRM Automation Platforms (Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
- 2+ to 5 years experience
- Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
- Develops, plans, and manages targeted go-to-market plans to build brand awareness thru the marketing funnel.
- Leverages digital platforms to automate marketing activities and determine the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns.
- Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, customer information, and marketing automation platforms like Braze to create and deploy effective marketing campaigns.
- Leads the creative development of content and communications to support demand generation campaigns, develop customer engagement, and optimize ROI.
