Make-Ready & Quality Control Specialist (Bilingual) - Company Van Included 🚐
Location: Atlanta, GA (Company Ford Transit Provided)
The Pitch:
Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech or Punch Tech tired of 3 AM emergency calls and angry residents? Come work for a high-end Short-Term Rental company instead.

- The Team: You work with our cleaning crews (English/Spanish environment).
What we need:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong "Punch" skills: Drywall, paint match, LVP flooring repair, smart locks, and general troubleshooting.
- Willingness to assist with turnovers (stripping linens/trash) during crunch time.
- EPA Certification is a plus, but not required.
