- The Work: Focus on "Make-Ready" quality. You inspect the unit, fix the punch-list items, and ensure it’s perfect for the guest.
- The Team: You work with our cleaning crews (English/Spanish environment).
What we need:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong "Punch" skills: Drywall, paint match, LVP flooring repair, smart locks, and general troubleshooting.
- Willingness to assist with turnovers (stripping linens/trash) during crunch time.
- EPA Certification is a plus, but not required.
