We are looking for a friendly front office team member for our Watkinsville, GA location, preferably residing in or near the area. We are looking for someone who can communicate with clients and co-workers in a professional yet friendly manner, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment!

We need an individual who can work individually or within a team environment with great phone skills, is dependable, be organized, and tech-savvy who enjoys wearing many hats, solving problems, improving systems, and working in a small work environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable on the phone and excited to contribute to the success of a small business.

Responsibilities

· Take calls, manage calendars, scheduling, and shifting daily priorities

· Handle professional communication with prospective clients, co-workers and vendors.

· Assist with operational, administrative, and organizational projects

· Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.

· Track sales, expenses, follow-up items, and ongoing projects

· Assist with social media coordination and media presentations

· Help improve workflows, systems, and company efficiency

· Support leadership and co workers with a wide variety of business and operational needs

· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

· Take initiative, solve problems independently, and help keep projects moving forward

· Jump in wherever needed in a small-company environment

Qualifications

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail and strong follow-through

· Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think independently and solve problems proactively

· Comfortable adapting quickly and managing changing priorities

· Strong experience working within the Apple/Mac ecosystem

· Comfortable using and learning other platforms and productivity tools

· Professional demeanor and positive attitude

· Prior executive support, operations, marketing, project coordination, or administrative experience preferred

Bonus Qualifications

· Being familiar with the greater Athens and Greensboro area.

· SalesForce, Podium or similar platforms

· Canva, Google Docs/Sheets, Excel
