The Clubhouse Barista is responsible for delivering a high-quality, personalized beverage experience for members and guests in a private club setting. This role combines exceptional coffee preparation skills with a strong hospitality mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects the club’s service standards and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all members and guests.
• Build relationships with members, remembering preferences and delivering a tailored experience.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized café or beverage area.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to club standards.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations to members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage and clubhouse staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with light food service or additional hospitality tasks as needed.
• Support club events or high-volume periods when required.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista, café, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
