Restaurant Assistant Managers Fast Casual

We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our fast casual restaurant team in Athens, Georgia. We reward managers who reach goals and live our values!

Our Assistant Restaurant Managers help lead the store operations and are responsible for helping to achieve overall restaurant performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.

You’ll like that unlike lot of restaurant companies, we don't take a sink-or-swim approach to management - we have a multi week training program with experienced trainers. We're not hiring you to make sandwiches. We're hiring you to make decisions, so it's only fair we give you the tools to do the job.

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Current Management experience from a retail or restaurant environment

· A leader who is passionate about personal, hands-on service for their customers and can show how they've grown in previous roles.

· We look for managers who are absolute pros, who know what affects the P&L , who can help execute a business plan and who would never compromise on the quality of the products they serve/sell.

· Must have a strong desire to increase sales and build relationships in the community, and must think and act like a great coach who can identify and develop awesome talent (experience hiring seasonal workers a plus!)
