ERP Coordinator
:
Primary Duties: - Tracking and Documentation of Hazardous Material to maintain accurate records of inventory, movement, and disposal.
- Enter data into Government (ERPWeb) computerized hazardous waste tracking system, ensuring compliance.
- Compare Hazardous Material physical inventories with ERPWeb inventories. Reconcile and adjust discrepancies.
- Sustained periodic distribution of Hazardous Material Listing to individual shops.
Scrap used items in the ERPWeb System.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field preferred.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Heavy Excel Spreadsheet Data Manipulation skills.
- Proven Proficiency in Software Material Maintenance Programs.
- Experience in DLA ERPWeb a plus.
- Attention to Detail.
- Ability to Effectively work, coordinate and communicate with other team members to ensure proper HAZMAT handling and documentation.
