We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Affordable Housing Assurance practice . We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment an d providi ng clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Prepare most difficult audits
Workpaper review
Review common files
Resolve significant client issues
Prepare billing
Engagement management communication tracking and oversight
Filling in engagement team gaps
Actively involve in firm initiatives
Prepare/review 10% contractor and owners certs DCR
May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent field
7 years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
Affordable housing or R eal E state D evelopment experience within Public Accounting
CPA
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Accounting or equivalent field
3 year of supervisory experience within Public Accounting
