Position: Case Manager – Bankruptcy

Location: Suwanee, GA (In-Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $52,000 – $65,000, depending on experience

About the Role:

The Case Manager serves as the main point of contact for bankruptcy clients, ensuring they remain informed and supported throughout their case. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client communication, organization, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bankruptcy petitions for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.

• Assist attorneys with confirmations, MTDs, MFRs, and other bankruptcy-related filings.

• Draft and submit accurate documents via ECF and PACER systems.

• Manage and organize case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and court standards.

• Maintain detailed communication with clients, providing updates and reminders.

• Operate independently on assigned tasks, while seeking guidance when needed.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Best Case software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• Be open to additional training to support growth and advancement within the firm

Qualifications:

• Prior legal experience preferred; bankruptcy experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Empathetic and service-oriented approach with clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
