FinancialLeadership&Reporting
- Preparemonthlyfinancialstatements,includingP&LsforrestaurantsandG&Adepartments
- Overseebalancesheets,cashflowstatements,andoperationalreporting
- Monitorandimprovefinancialcontrols,includingtax,benefits,andbankingcompliance
Budget&AuditOversight
- Leadannualandquarterlybudgetingprocesses
- Supportdepartmentheadswithfinancialanalysisandplanning
- Coordinateallphasesoftheannualfinancialaudit
Risk&Compliance
- Manageriskprogramsincludingworkerscomp/generalliability
- Ensurecompliancewithpayroll,lease,andtaxregulations
- Leadinitiativestopreventfraudandmaintainregulatorystandards
DepartmentOversight
- Provideleadershiptoteamsacrosspayroll,treasury,risk,accounting,andAP
- FosteracollaborativeandproductiveculturewithintheRestaurantSupportCenterandfieldoperations

- StrongunderstandingofGAAP
- Full-cycleaccounting andfinancialstatementpreparation experience
- ProficientinExcel(intermediatetoadvanced)

- ExperiencewithMicrosoftBusinessCentral(orsimilarERP) isaplus
