As an Assistant or Store Manager for Comserve, you will manage a team of Sales Consultants and day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will greet customers in our stores, ascertain individual guest needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Meet store sales goals by coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Consultants to achieve.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conducting weekly staff performance reviews
- Developing new personal and business accounts
- Resolving customer complaints
- Enforcing compliance with operations and sales standards
- Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions
- Schedule and manage employee Sales Consultant hours
- Responsible for overall operation and cleanliness of retail store location
- Maintaining professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technology
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- Minimum 1 year of sales management or relevant experience; wireless retail management experience preferred
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Very organized with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work the varied hours of retail including evenings, weekends, and holidays
