Corporate Development Manager

IDR is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
This role involves supporting the corporate development team throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, including deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and executing acquisitions within the technology sector, particularly cloud-native SaaS, AI/ML, and vertical software businesses.

Position Overview for the Corporate Development Manager:

• Support the full M&A lifecycle from opportunity sourcing to post-close integration.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuations for potential acquisitions.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and board materials.
• Partner with senior leadership throughout the strategic acquisition process.

Requirements for the Corporate Development Manager:

• 610+ years of Corporate Development or M&A experience.
• Experience in the technology sector, especially SaaS, AI/ML, or software.
• Proven ability to perform financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Strong coordination skills to manage cross-functional due diligence teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (or San Jose, CA).
