Accounts Payable Intern - Summer 2026
WHO YOU ARE:
An Accounts Payable Intern seeking a summer opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable operations, vendor relations, invoice processing, and meeting participation. You are eager to contribute to day-to-day AP activities, apply your analytical and Excel skills, and be part of a collaborative finance team. You take the initiative, communicate clearly, and thrive in an environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will gain exposure to the full cycle of the accounts payable process. You will work alongside experienced professionals, develop your problem-solving and analytical abilities, and participate in meetings that offer insight into real-world finance operations. You’ll also build skills in vendor communication, invoice processing, and gain familiarity with key financial tools and technologies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Currently seeking a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Full Cycle Accounts Payable process
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team

The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00, depending on skills and location. The hourly range is a good-faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive hourly rates that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location and may be above or below the stated amounts .
