Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Punch Out Technician for our Market Rate apartment community of 220 units in Alpharetta, Georgia .

Job Type : Full-Time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Apartment industry experience is preferred
• High School diploma, or GED equivalency
• Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time

Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely completion of vacant unit turns.
• Identifies areas or items in need of improvement or replacement and makes recommendations.
• Performs turnkey operations, punches items including but not limited to
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Lock, smoke alarms repairs/replacements
  • Appliance repairs
  • A/C filters replacements
  • Light bulbs replacements
• Installs ceiling fans, wall sockets and performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assists with performance of preventative maintenance onsite.
• Assists with completion of work orders as needed.
• Ensures all inventory items are in good working condition.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
