Senior Administrative Assistant

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office systems, manage executive calendars, track deadlines, and ensure proactive project follow-up.
- Own the daily operations, from managing complex calendars.
- Maintain internal databases and ensure all operations align with quality compliance procedures and company policies.
- Develop engaging social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, and video content. (Experience with Canva is a plus!)
- Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible marketing materials for a general audience.
- Administer HR paperwork, manage sensitive record-keeping, and uphold strict confidentiality and professional standards.
