What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow required procedures.
- Support plant and yard operations as needed, including routine upkeep of equipment.

- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow all applicable regulations.
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Skill in performing basic vehicle inspections and identifying issues.
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
